Each month you purchase one red and one white of our choosing which can be enjoyed at home or in our restaurant. Sunday pick-up parties are included with the ticket!

Wine Dinner
Let Chef Wilbur and our chosen Wine Distributor take you on a culinary and wine adventure, with narration about each course. This is an exclusive event which seats 18 individuals only.

Chef James and Chef Evan serve up an eight course meal that is in the traditional style of Omakase "I'll leave it up to you" where the chef takes the direction of the night. Courses are magically prepared to reflect the seasons and an authentic taste of Japan.
